Nitro gas shock absorbers are built with multi-stage velocity sensitive valving to ensure the shock absorbers are capable of performing at any speed. As the shock absorber moves faster to absorb small bumps in the road like corrugations, the valving in the shock responds to maintain the ride control characteristics.
