To accomplish this, PEW has its own SPM manufacturing unit, which is the biggest strength of the organization. Furthermore, PEW's management has always believed in getting state-of-the-art machines in the production process, which has ultimately placed the JOLLY brand at #1 among its many demanding OEM and international customers.

His son Mr. Ashish Apte joined the company in the year 2002 to follow the same path as Mr. Anant Apte, with his modern concepts of manufacturing technology and management. His new focus and perspective on operations within the company helped the company grow further. He believed in being consistent with the latest trends in the market to meet the changing needs of the customers.
Added and implemented various management systems like Quality Management Certification, Lean Manufacturing Methods, MRP II initiative etc. in the organization. It expanded its customer base to 30 aftermarket master dealers, 60 OEMs across India and spread the wings of the company to the Middle East. , Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.
Now the total human resource strength of the organization is 150 and growing, with almost zero attrition rate. Mr. Anant Apte's roots have always been connected to his people.
