Our organization is a group concern of M/s. Ashok Engineering & Foundry Works (established in the year of 1956), which is a leading manufacturer of diesel engines (55,000 / Annum). This firm is dealing with India's leading group / 0.e.m. for these engines requirement for last 32 years. Owing to our deep industrial knowledge, we have been able to base the offered array of pumps on latest technology such as Auto Cad Design, Drawing Facility, Quality, Inspection and Testing system at every level. Moreover, for the manufacturing of offered pumps and other export products, we make use of high quality raw material, sourced from trusted vendors. So as to ensure these are able to meet the requirements of automobile and textile industries.
Apart from this, before the assembly of all C.L or M.S. Components, we MN Phosphate these and zinc as well as chrome plate others to ensure better appearance. We also take note of total height of pump & of pulley/hub, height/depth of Impeller from pump face. Along with this, fitting of boll bearing/integral shaft bearing in shaft/housing & fitting of seal is also considered for uniform pressure. After the completion of the production process, the offered pumps and export products are checked on the parameters of precise design, longer service life, resistance against rust, sturdy construction, smooth finishing and efficiency to ensure their flawlessness. Our Product range includes Oil Pump, Engine Water Pump, Automobile Oil Pump, Clutch Hub, Fan Support Hub, Vibration Damper, and Harmonic Balancer.
With an aim to gratify the varied demands of patrons, we provide the offered pumps and export products in various sizes, grades and as per the detailed specification.
