Continental Engine Limited plans to design, manufacture and market three wheeler vehicles with rear mounted engines. The vehicle variants to start will be:
1.2 ton GVW Cargo and Passenger versions with 4 forward and 4 reverse speeds. The vehicle would have a max road speed of 60Km/hr.
1.5 ton GVW Cargo and passenger versions
The company also plans to market Goods & Passenger versions of vehicle soon. Presently vehicles cover major development phases of design, development, testing & is at an initial phase of manufacturing at the company’s plant at Roorkee.
