This we strive to achieve by better hydraulic cct design using variable pressure compensated or load sensing or closed loop pumps . For low pressure applications we insist on a variable vane pump and for high pressure systems we use axial piston pumps. Close loop hydrostatic pumps are mainly used by us on mobile systems like dredgers, paint marking machines etc
