The corporation was acquired in early 2011 by a group of private equity investors whose vision is to diversify the corporation into an integrated industrial solutions company with a core focus on compression equipment and technologies and on the development and sourcing of bottling plant replacement spares.

Our range of products includes many different kinds of compressor replacement spares like piston rings, wear/rider rings, pistons, piston rods, valves, valve spares, cylinders etc.
Imperial also offers end to end services for compression technologies to customers who are involved in the creation of new manufacturing projects or expansion of existing projects which includes the customized manufacture of the compression system, installation, maintenance, servicing and periodical overhauling services. This enables the customer to completely outsource all activities related to the compression system to an expert team which does basically everything from end to end.
