Our products
We are a professionally managed company well versed in the manufacture of precision mechanical elements, assemblies and specialty machines for the light, medium and heavy engineering industries.
We specialize in the manufacture of custom-made components and assemblies for various end users, such as steel plants, machine tools, cement, fertilizer, petroleum, petrochemical, shipbuilding, mining, material handling, etc.
The main focus of our business is forgings (both open and closed) ranging from a few grams to almost 4 MT. unique pieces of various materials such as (Carbon, Alloys and Stainless Steel) and non-ferrous (Aluminium and Copper Alloys).
Heat Treatment ? Most forged components are heat treated by various processes including stress relieving, normalizing, annealing, solution annealing, quenching and tempering, carburizing, nit mounting, induction hardening, flame hardening to improve quality of the product and meet exact individual requirements. Whenever necessary, the test bar is subjected to tensile tests, bending tests, impact tests, and microstructure verification after heat treatment.
Hard Chrome Plating: Hard chrome plating and stellateing are done on jobs that require these applications.
Shrink Fit ? We have successfully completed large shrink fit jobs with a 100% success rate.
Destructive Testing ? Test parts (integral or separate) are heat treated along with components and tested for required physical properties such as tensile and impact strength.
Non Destructive Testing ? It goes without saying that we are well aware of different non-destructive testing methods to check product quality viz. Ultrasonic, Magnaflux,
