The oil you find in your cars air box is caused by high engine pressures and spray off of the camshaft This is injected into the breather pick-up hole which vents directly to the airbox This special glass-reinforced nylon Oil Controller rests atop the camshaft underneath the cam cover It reduces camshaft spray and virtually eliminates oil-soaked air filters and intake systems Factory installed in all hydraulic lifter engines Fits all 16L 17L and 18L 8V engines
