Product Description:
ASV ASA 540 is water based silicone free, anti-stick separation agent for preventing adherence of spatter to welding surfaces.
Formulated with special synthetic release agents, it prevents burning of welding spatters on contact tips and work pieces thereby eliminating the need for chiselling, grinding or brushing after welding.
ASV ASA 540 improves surface finish of equipment and saves valuable time and labour. It does not contain any silicones or ozone depleting chemicals and is paintable thereby enabling post-welding treatment as painting or another industrial metal treatment processes.
ASV ASA 540 outperforms aerosol based spatter release agents and besides economy ads to the safety of usage as it contains no flammable solvents or propellants especially in enclosed work areas.
