We have introduced first time in India "Plastic Wedges" they will be used for stabilizing large Drums, Coils. These are Injection moulded from durable U.V. stabilized & chemical resistant plastic these Wedges are tough & lightweight. These Thermoplastic Wedges are indigenously designed & is manufactured in Indian using best Polymers. It is stronger lighter & Easy to handle. They are ideal for dunnage to be used in Roll, Drums whilst enroute onto vehicles, trucks, containers. I.e. for stabilizing & prevention of movement/ displacement. Wooden wedges are presently used. They are susceptible to termites, bore, and insect. Further they need to be fumigated or treated. With depleting forest & timber wood will be in short supply & getting costlier day by day.Wooden Wedges does not give the desired radius during manufacturing; hence load cannot be dissipated evenly.
