Operational Manual:
Check the Pneumatic hose and FRL in the air line. Air motor should be properly lubricated
Check the strap before start the operation
Positioning the strap around the material and hold the overlap portion
Pull out the excess strap for next operation
Insert upper & lower strap together in the tool by holding the handle and Tensioner
Release the Tensioner
Press the Tensioning lever until the strap is fully tensioned
Press the vibration lever for cutting the mother strap and friction welding and it will stopped automatically
Remove the tool by squeezing the reverse lever of the tool
Safety Instructions:
Only trained person should operate the tool
Wear, Helmets, safety shoe, goggles at the time of operation
Use proper tool for right application
Do not put hands between the strap and material
Lubricate the tool time to time
