:Our company was established in the year 1969 and is engaged in manufacturing of Cy. Liner, Barrel, Block and Sleeve, etc. Since then, through the passage of time and changing technology. We tried our best efforts and utmost care with the help of highest quality control with the help of qualified engineers and latest maintenance techniques, latest machinery like induction furnace with essential temperature gauges to control proper temperature required for a particular type of Cy Is. liner, barrel, block and sleeve etc., while we have the best for machining with timer, CNC machine, best quality honing machine and imported inspection instruments with periodic calibration and our own laboratory to test raw material and finished products Forming machinery, resulting in superior quality finished products that are supplied to Original Equipment Manufacturers as per their requirements, maintaining strict dimensions and tolerances given on their drawings. To top it all, we have a silver burning machine with graphic features. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified by TUV, Germany. Also, our company is a family relation and all directors are very experienced in technical field. It is because of the trust of our strong company. There are sufficient loading and unloading facilities in our factory area. Apart from this, the first unit of our company is located at Lodhika GIDC. About 16 kms. It covers 19000 m (3 acres) of land away from Rajkot and here we are doing the whole process of centrifugal casting and rough machining. There is clean and healthy air all around because of the lush green gardens and many trees which are in our factory unit. Another unit of our company is located in Rajkot city and this is our last workshop. We have 18 skilled workers, 80 semi-skilled workers, 21 well-trained workers with 15/20 years' experience, which makes a total strength of 125 workers. We are also taking utmost care of our employees and factory workers. We have also constructed a 4,000 square feet building in our factory for the living facilities of our workers and their families. Our production capacity per shift is 1500 pieces (average 10 kg. pieces). In addition to O.E. manufacturers, we also supply to exporters who are exporting our products to various countries. Apart from this, we are persistent and persistent in researching latest technology to further improve our quality and adding latest machinery introduced in the market at our factory.
