ALUMINIUM DUCT SPACER FOR MICRO DUCTS

These duct spacers for micro ducts are made of Aluminum die casting & supported by fully threaded steel rods & steel nuts. After aluminum die casting the separators are machined to remove all sharp edges & extra aluminum deposited during casting.The construction of these spacers is such that there is a base aluminum horizontal bar which is fixed with the threaded rod with help of nuts. There are number of horizontal aluminum separators which can be added depending on the requirements.After installing the bundles of 12/8 mm & 25/20 mm micro ducts between the horizontal separators the top separators is fixed firmly with the help of nuts.These aluminum duct spacer for micro duct are used for installing bundles of plastic micro ducts of 12/8 mm & 25/20 mm dia in a

trench as mentioned in the table below.
