:Kalaria Forge Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified Forgings manufacturer located at SHAPER Industrial Zone (Veraval), Rajkot district, India. The company started its operations in August 2004 and has been growing at a rapid pace since then.
Most of the operations are done in-house to ensure quality forgings. The facilities include an advanced forging shop, a die shop, a chemical and metallurgical laboratory, a cutting and shearing shop, an efficient heat treatment shop, a debugging shop with crack detection (MPI), a shot blast. The company has a forging capacity of 300 MT per month and has a team strength of around 90 members.
The company has a workshop space of 4000 Sq. Yards and works 24 hours (03 shifts). Our primary product line includes closed die and open die forgings made to customer specifications or samples in ferrous and non-ferrous metals for applications in automotive, pole line transmission, general engineering, and CNC machined components.
