Catering to the needs of various sectors such as automotive, electronics, agricultural equipment, machinery manufacturing and various industrial sectors, the company achieved a turnover of over 32 million in the financial year 2015-16. annual sales turnover of US dollars. PRF is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company.
The company was founded in 1994. The headquarters are located in Rohtak, an industrial city in Haryana, 60 kilometers from the national capital, New Delhi. Two new state-of-the-art plants have been added in Chennai (South India) and Rohtak (North India) to meet growing domestic and global demand.

Overview
PRF has an installed capacity of 27,000 MT per year. We have screw formers, part formers and cold forging presses to produce very high precision cold forged components, eliminating the need for most forming operations. We use friction hammers and hot forging presses to produce complex components. We also have in-house machining facilities such as CNC turning centers and ball grinding machines to produce machined components within tolerances. We are well equipped with state-of-the-art in-house heat treatment facilities. Using SIMENS NX 12450 CAD/CAM, NAGSIM.2D and NAGSIM. 3D allows simulation of metal forming processes.
An in-house tool room setup allows new components to be created with short lead times. In order to deliver a quality value-added product in a short development time, we have a wire processing plant equipped with modern PLC controlled spheroidizing annealing furnaces and wire drawing machines with a capacity of up to 35 mm diameter.
