Manufacturing Facilities
Chennai Plant: TS16949 certified state-of-the-art plant with a capacity of over half a million HCV class heat exchangers per annum, translating to more than one million passenger car class heat exchangers per annum. This plant includes design, R&D and testing centres apart from complete manufacturing and assembly operations.

Passenger Cars & Utility Vehicles
In the mid 1990s an Alkraft product became the first aluminium radiator to be used in a utility vehicle in India when it was introduced in a Tata Motors’ model. Since then we have gone from strength to strength in mastering the technology for utility vehicle heat exchangers in India.
As with our signature commercial vehicle class heat exchangers, our passenger car and utility vehicle products offer superior structural durability and corrosion resistance for industry leading life expectancy.

Alkraft’s tractor radiators are specially designed to tackle the unique challenges that a tractor’s working environment poses. The radiator fins are specially designed to avoid clogging while the dimple tube design enables efficient heat transfer. They are also designed suit low-speed high-torque conditions that tractors work in. The super-long-life alloys that are standard across all our products allow our tractor radiators to tackle corrosion and enhance their life expectancy in tough working environments.
