Paintable silicone-free release agent
CRC NSR Dry is a silicone-free, medium performance, dry film release agent. It is based on a mixture of wax and ester, providing excellent separation characteristics for all types of thermoplastics, some thermosetting plastics and many types of rubbers.
Forms a dry, lightly loaded film on the surface;
Provides fast and efficient separation;
Attractive matte surface of molded products;
Leaves no residue in the mold;
Helps improve surface quality;
Reducing the number of rejects and increasing the volume of production;
Does not contain silicone;
Allows decorative post-finish operations.
