Ø Forged or solid steel body for DC brakes, as compared to cast iron used by all other manufacturers. This results in much lower wattage rating and power consumption for the same torque rating. Alternatively, we offer a 20-25% higher torque rating for our brakes as compared to all other Indian manufacturers, for the same power rating.
Ø High Torque S4 duty DC Brakes, offering next higher torque value for smaller size of brake.
Ø High performances patented rectifiers, which offer faster braking and faster release time.
Ø Breakthrough design imported polymer handles, which are almost unbreakable.
Ø Breakthrough design AC brakes, which offer the same mounting as per DC brakes and these, are extremely compact in design.
Ø Aluminium Pressure Die-cast body for AC brakes.
Ø All our AC Fail Safe brakes are Continuous Duty Rated and there is no restriction on the amount of time the brake can remain ON or the number of times they can be operated per minute. All other AC fail safe brakes available in India suffer from these limitations.
