Product Description:
A composite gasket material consisting of a metallic core perforated and tanged and faced on each side with a heat resistant Non Asbestos jointing.
It is a three ply material - At middle of the composite plate is a perforated and tanged Mild/Stainless Steel Sheet and on both sides (outer) Non - Asbestos Jointing sheet. It is produced by specially pressing and sticking process. With excellent comprehensive properties it overcomes the disadvantage of being squeezed out from or sticking into flanges. These sheets are good in compressibility and resilience for uneven surface and long working life.
Application
Double sided Cemjo is particularly suitable for Cylinder Head*---- Gaskets or similar high temperature applications up to 800°C. It also has an excellent resistance to oil and water.
