The Engine Valve division of the Metallic Business uses state of the art and environment friendly technology to produce high quality engine valves for latest high performance engines. It operates out of two manufacturing locations in India.
Our manufacturing setup is continually upgraded with the latest technologies in engine valve manufacturing. Our prototyping facility allows us to develop new valves on much faster speed and the real time dynamo test facility envisage on the validation of the component performance.
The facilities include state of art forging and machining set up. This wide range of product capabilities gives us flexibility in design and operations to address customer requirements in an optimal and cost effective way. The Engine Valve division’s customer base is spread over three continents and includes two and three wheelers, passenger cars, off-road vehicles, non-automotive applications. To address the requirements of such adverse customer base the engine valve division has developed its own capabilities in Design, Development and Engineering & product validation.
We work with customers on concurrent partner basis & ensure that customer programs are launched within the committed time.
