We manufacture highly flexible round as well as flat braided and stranded braids, tapes, ropes, cables, tubular braids in continuous rolls in insulated as well as non insulated design made of copper, aluminium, stainless steel and steel reinforced copper of diameter from 0.05 mm and above.Braids can be tinned, silver or nickel plated on request.Our braided flexible connectors are extremely flexible and individually designed and manufactured as per customers requirement by our specialized compression technology which guarantes extreme compressing and minimal contact resistance. The contact area is made with seamless solderless pressed high conductivity electrolytic grade copper tube which is so very highly compressed that there is almost no air gap in between the wires. The compression process is realized without using additives like tin or soldering. Whether made from braided or stranded braids, whether insulated or non insulated, whether bare or tinned or nickel coated, we are able to manufacture braided flexible connectors upto 6000 sq. mm with contact areas up to 250 mm width.Heat shrink PVC, fiberglass, asbestos,cotton, silicon insulation can also be provided.
