Product Description:

'VIJAY' GEAR PUMPS are simple in design mainly consisting of Casing, Gears, Stuffing Box and Relief Valve. Two gears, either spur or helical type, rotate around fixed centers and thereby suck and entrap the fluid between the teeth of the gears and the casing, and the pressurize the same causing of fluid with pressure through discharge port. APPLICATIONS:- 'VIJAY' GEAR PUMPS are suitable for handing liquids such as all kinds of Oil, Asphalt, Dyes, Paints , Varnishes, Molasses, Printing Inks, Liquid Soaps ,Silicates etc. upto MAX. pressure of 200 PSIG, Temperature of 300ºC and Viscosity of 2000 SSU.
