We are manufacturing co-axial helical gearboxes having input & output shaft at 180 deg.and having efficiency of 85 to 90% which can be used in place of worm gearboxes.
We are manufacturing our gearboxes suitable for 0.18 KW motor to 75 KW capacity & ratio we are giving is from 2:1 to 2500:1 ratio where you can couple standard electric motors & get required speed as desired by you.
Gears are made from 20 MNCR material hardened & laped for noiseless performance.Hardening and laping of tooth profiles achieve high contact efficiency by way of transmission of torque, as well as ensuring smooth and silent running, free of vibrations, under arduous and high load conditions.
Our Co-axial helical gearboxes are being produced in modern and well equipped factory adopting latest techniques in designing and developing the motors, rigid quality control at almost all stages of production and latest testing fascilities as per various National & International standards have helped in raising the image of our co-axial gearboxes as a quality product making them acceptable to the various prestigious applications throughout the country.
