We Design / Develop /Manufacture PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS/PRESSURE SENSORS for select segments of the industry in partnership with ADZ Nagano, Germany(www.adz.de). Our sensor products are customized to customer specific requirements.
ADS management team has its roots to industry's first company to launch all solid state electronic pressure sensors. Using proprietary electronic calibration techniques, this team was responsible for introducing high precision media compatible pressure sensors for automotive applications with embedded smart diagnostics features. This innovation was an enabling technology for new generation diesel injection and braking systems. Highly automated production system to achieve high throughput and very low ppm defect densities was developed by this team.
Management and the engineering team have extensive experience in bringing cost effective innovative technologies to volume production for high reliability applications. Team's core competency is in developing customized OEM solutions for Aerospace, Transportation, Mobile Hydraulics, Refrigeration, Railways and Industrial Automation Segments.
Company in collaboration with ADZ Nagano Sensortechnik GmbH which has full capabilities for design and development of sensor products at its production facilities in Germany. Manufacturing process are extensively qualified before releasing for production. ADZ is a ISO/TS 16949 : 2002 certified company. Relevant certification by aeronautical engineering, acc. to DIN EN 9100 as well as to ISO TS16949 and ATEX are proof of our quality and reliability. We also have type approval certificate in acc.with GL type approval system for Marine Applications.
