:Galvano Track Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Galvano Track solution (GTS) was established in 2008 to cater Excavator products/parts. GTS is capable of manufacturing sprockets, Idlers, Pins and bushes as per customer need. Our strength lies in serving to our customers with value added products like machined castings, sub assembled products, delivery at customers door step and JIT supply. All the sprockets/Idlers are Induction Hardened & Machined in House. GTS has steel foundry, which is part of Galvano Group, to make sprockets/Idlers. GTS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company since from 2009. GTS is capable of sourcing castings to meet national and international standards. GTS has well equipped laboratory, metallurgical testing equipments and NDT facilities. It has well experienced personnel to take care of metallurgical and quality control functions. GTS can do Induction hardening and machining of parts up to ?1000 mm and 2000 mm length. GTS has low frequency, high frequency and low frequency machines. GTS can achieve < 1 mm to 30 mm case depth by induction hardening. We are proud to declare that we have almost negligible customer complaints since from 2009.
