It is our specialty to meet the shortest delivery requirements of the clients at competitive prices. We pride ourselves on our ability to manufacture and supply quality gear at short notice and at market prices. We design and develop to specific needs and can handle production batches for existing designs. We can be depended upon to deliver on our commitments in terms of quality, quantity and time. We are exclusively depended upon to meet the spare parts manufacturing requirements for a wide variety of requirements. We undertake repair and overhaul as well as re-engineering of existing gearboxes of any brand. We specialize in inspecting and performing preventive maintenance on existing gearboxes at a plant site and provide comprehensive services designed to minimize plant downtime due to gear failure. We manufacture pinions, gears and gearboxes in any desired combination of worm, helical, bevel and planetary screw types in various ratings up to 3000KW drive capacity, which is currently the largest unit of its type delivered by us. Our current portfolio includes Worm, Helical (hardened and ground as well as hardened), Heli-Worm, Bevel, Helical Bevel and Planetary types in various combinations. We manufacture them in solid shaft and hollow shaft configurations as well as in horizontal and vertical orientations. Our product range also includes Holding Device, Gear Couplings, Pin Couplings, Jaw Clutch Couplings, Rigid Couplings, and thus we are able to meet the prime power transmission requirements of our clients.
