Leaf & Parabolic Springs for 4X4 application and cabin springs are some of the needs our springs serve. APIL can supply galvanized springs, powder coated, zinc rich paint (salt spray with 500 hours) and springs for all special requirements. The demand for life cycle can be met with special steel or processes.

This can vary from 100,000 Cycles to B-10 Values, as specified by the customer. Parabolic Springs are upgradations in the technology of leaf springs. On a parabolic spring, the individual leaves work like spring and so reduce the demand on raw material for a certain load bearing spring. The lot is estimated that a parabolic spring utilizes at least 35% less raw material for the same capacity of a leaf spring. APIL has a state-of-the-art CNC Parabolic spring manufacturing machine.
