Product Description:
Manual Knife Gate Valves are designed to handle basically non-clean media with features that ensures minimum contact between moving parts of the valve. This is achieved by having a precision ground gate that is held between layers gland packing with almost no contact between body parts and gate during most of its travel.

Construction:
The body is made out of Cast stainless steel with options available in Gun Metal & Cast Iron. The screw and knife plate is made out of Stainless Steel.
Pressure Testing:
Pressure testing are performed with water at 20 degree celsius according to EN 12266 - 1:2003
Pressure for shell test : 1.5 times max allowable working pressure for pen drive
pressure for seat tightness : 1.1 times max allowable differential pressure for closed valves
