We are manufacturing and developing Pistons using high-tech machinery and tools with complete precision. We are equipped with the In-house casting unit accompanied with the heat treatment plant. The casting of the pistons is done using Aluminium Alloy LM13 and Hypereutectic ingots. We have CNC’s and SPM’s machines for manufacturing the accurate and quality product. The pistons are checked in each stage with proper tools and gauges. We are making Pistons of Total Length from 33mm to 325mm and Diameter/Bore from 28mm to 248mm. We possess a long range of Diesel Engines, Tractors, Automobiles, Trucks and Heavy Duty, Marine Engines, Air Compressors, Gas Compressors and Refrigeration Piston Assembly.
Piston range includes FORGED, Gravity Die Cast, Ni-Resist, Dual Ni-Resist, Conventional Composite/Articulated (A Forged Steel Crown with Forged Aluminium Skirt) and Gallery Cooled.
Coatings:- Graphite, Tin, Phosphate, Moly, and Anodized.
We are well equipped to reverse engineer products based on our Customer Specification and Samples.
