Main housing of gearbox is made of closely grained cast iron, which is oil tight and dust proof. Machining of critical mounting surface and boaring done on high precision CNC machine.
Gears are well tempered and made of high grade alloys steel.
Gears are supported on ball bearing.
Mounting is easy and adjustable.
