TRANSPOWER makes Multiturn Spur Gear Operator, designed either for hand operation or electric multiturn actuators. The unit is suitable to operate valves with rising or non rising stems, such as gates, sluice and other rotary valves. The unit are efficient, reliable, rugged and simple in construction. The housing is totally enclosed. All the components are precisely machined from carefully selected materials. The units are grease lubricated to minimize friction.Coupling:The unit is available in following versions of the coupling as per DIN 3210 Type A: A thrust support unit with SG Iron/Brose bush for rising valve stem Type C: A Coupling unit with claw for rising /non rising valve stems Type E: With a bored drive sleeve with key way for non-rising valve stems Note: For rising stem-valve operators, a protection tube can be supplied on request Features:For hand operation or electric operation of rising or non rising spindle, sluice, gate valves Torque range from 355 nm to 6500 nm 14 models available to cover the above torque range Shaft acceptance from 38 to 115 mm (For E- type coupling)
