Climax overseas has two fully integrated manufacturing facilities spanning 60000 sq. Feet of production & assembly area with state of the art equipment and systems like automated weighing, internal mixers, plc controlled mixing mills, plc based vacuum moulding, injection moulding machines, hydraulic & mechanical power presses, tear trim tooling, turning lathes, horizontal & vertical milling machines, drilling & broaching machines, welding machines etc. With 'poke yoke' implemented in almost all processes.
Climax overseas rubber mixing plant has an installed capacity of more than 5000 tons rubber compounding per annum, making it one of the largest for any automotive rubber component maker in the country.
A fully equipped in-house CNC tool room and cad facility with CNC lathe machines, vertical machining centre, milling machines, cnc engraving machine, surface grinders, center less grinders, edm spark erosion machines ensure fast and accurate new product development. Besides in house tooling capabilities a number of advanced tool rooms with cnc machining capabilities are attached with climax overseas and carry out tool development for the company throughout the year.
Climax overseas has a comprehensive r&d and testing laboratory with facilities of chemical, physical & endurance testing and equipment and machineries like oscillating disc rheometers, mooney viscosity meters, video measuring machines, profile projectors, tensile testing machines, rockwell hardness testers, melting point testing apparatus, compression set, oil seal endurance testing machines, pressure testing machines, radial, axial & torsional load testing machines and other special purpose testing machines for final product testing form the core of our tqm approach and a springboard to convert our 'zero' ppm dream into reality.
Our laboratory is fully equipped to test our entire range of prepared and outsourced products.We have a an able and qualified pool for the various parts and assemblies, all of whom are iso 9001: 2000 certified and a majority are iso/ts 16949:2002 certified as well.
