The technology was not much advanced at that time, but the hardworking labour made the production of piston pins cheap yet beneficial for the running of the industry. The period of 70's and 80's was the golden period for the company. Emphasis was laid on increasing the production rate by bringing in the latest technology. Before this, the idea of production by using machines was camouflaged. During 80's the company expanded by harnessing the power of machines.
