Our customers include various State Government Transports, Top Private Tour Operators of the country, & Semi Govt. customers like NHPC, Universities etc. "Amar Coach Builders" started Bus-Body building business in 1984 but the Directors of the company are in this field since last 50 years. Amar Coach Builders is having exclusive type of association with FOTON MOTORS, Beijing, China for Integral Coaches. Ours is an ISO Certified Company.
In our present setup of Two Units at Jalandhar, we have latest infrastructure, which is specifically required for manufacturing of all type of good quality Bus Coaches. The coaches include ordinary as well as deluxe on all type of chassis. We are also manufacturing seats of buses, coaches and Railways. We possess all types of machinery, tools, jigs, fixtures, trolleys & fully laid out plant facilities. These facilities include MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Pipe cutting, presses, ABS moulding machines, fiber glass manufacturing, AUTO-CAD based R&D etc.

Infrastructure

We are today fabricating state-of-the-art buses and coaches, which we supply and export to some of the top companies. This has earned us the status of Bus Body Fabricators, Supplier and Quality Coaches Exporter. Our plant has modern facilities that are required for manufacturing all kind of buses, coaches and seats for the same and railways. Our plant is equipped with latest machinery, which includes hydraulic press of 250 tons, power press 30 ton, shearing press, powder coating machine, plasma cutting machines, multistage profile rolling machines, power presses of varying capacities and customized press tools for all formed components. We have latest vacuum forming machines for customizing internal furnishings.
