Operational Manual:
Before connecting the pneumatic hose connector with machine please check the FRL is fitted with pneumatic hose line and the hose in safe working condition
Connect the pneumatic connector with the tool
Check the on line air pressure
Moves the jaws forward and backward for some times and check two jaw blades are in line
Before starting to use the tool please check the rod diameter and the tensile strength of the material is within the capability of the machine
Place the rod to be cut between two jaws and press the trigger. Keep cutter jaws at right angle to piece being cut
Safety Instructions:
Wear your safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses and helmet at all times
Remove oil or grease from your hands, tools and from the floor and area where you will be working
Use proper cutting tool as per type, size and hardness of metal to be cut
Do not twist or pry with tool while cutting
Keep all the bolts tight and joints oiled at all times
You will be always safe from flying metal for hard material Cutting
