ABOUT UNIPUSH-ON LOCK WASHERS
Our push-on fasteners are manufactured from finest quality carbon steel and are specially heat treated to ensure secure holding quality.
Our lock washers can be used as alternate for cir-clips, e-clips, split-pins etc as our fasteners simply push on to the plain shaft to give an instant fix and grip, thus eliminating costly threading, grooving & cross hole drilling operations.
Once fixed in position, the push on fasteners are so secure that they cannot be removed without destruction.
As these washers are manufactured in a completely automated fashion we can ensure maintaining tight tolerances on these parts. Post heat treatment we test these lock washers for PUSH-ON & PUSH-OFF loads to ensure the right quality every time.
We supply these Lock Washers in Varity of Surface finishes to suit different conditions, for very harsh conditions we can supply these washers in STAINLESS STEEL
