Product Description:

We are the Market Leaders in Riveting Machines & sell more than 400 machines per year world wide. We manufacture every type of riveting machine like pneumatic, hydraulic, multi-point, multi-spindle, roll forming, swaging, index table type, etc. We also make dual head, triple head & CNC riveting machines. We provide both Pneumatic & Hydraulic Radial Riveting Machine upto ??16 mm solid MS rivets. We provide machines with all different tool profiles and accessories like pressure pad, sliding fixture, tool locking device, etc. All our Riveting machines are equipped with a controller having a PLC & HMI to display stroke counter, machine errors, warning for tool life, password protection for settings, etc.We also provide Riveting Machine with process monitoring & control to measure the force, stroke, rivet height before & after riveting and rivet presence, etc. This ensures that utmost product quality is maintained & any problems in Rivet or Part Quality is identified immediately.

Radial forming:
Radial forming generates a rose-petal path, as a result a gentle
deformation with excellent surface structure is achieved with the
least possible force.

Advantages
Low transverse forces allow simple fixturing without the need for rigid clamping.
Minimum friction and little heat development result in excellent riveted finish because the tool does not itself rotate.
Recommended for hard rivet materials, as the deformation of the material is a bit softer, thus reducing the risk of cracks.
