Numerically Controlled Back Gauge (NC) Powered by AC Servo Motor, NC back gauge can be used for multiple cut in one step. The back gauge can be programmed for multi positions and will get the different positions in Conjunction with the machine stroke. it can be used in manual as well as cycle mode (Batch process function). User can program the rake angle, back gauge position and even cutting length for each cutting stroke. Eletricals consist of reputed make AC servo motor, servo drive, PLC controller, 7" colour touch screen, TFT LCD display, DC power supply and necessary cable and connectors, Back gauge assembly consist of reputed make high lead-ball screw with nut, LM guides and blocks for precision guide, timimg pullyey and timing belt for precise movement of the gauge. User will be able to create/edit and save the cutting programs so that he doesn't have to remember the cut sequence every time
Variable Rack Angle
All shreaing machines come with this standard feature. User can increase or decrease the incline degree of the cutting edge. While Shreaing thinner material, degree can be reduced to cut narrow strips without getting a bow.Also on low rake angle, user can get higher number of cutting strokes per minute. While shreaing thick material, user can increase the rake angle (upto 3.5 degree depending upon the machine model),This enabales the user to shear higher than nominal gauge material. Number of strokes get reduced in high rake angle.

Hydraulic Cyinders
