* All the drive gears are manufactured out of forged En-9/19/24 steel which is duly hardened and grounded.
* The shaft/crank is forged En-8/9 Steel
* All the bearings are of best quality
* Gun Metal bushes are made with copper alloys to last a longer life.

* Capacities of this billet shearing machine is up to 6" Sq. Billets & 10 x 6" slabs.
* Have production capacity of up to 200 tons daily.
* All the machines are tested here for capacity and performance before dispatch.
