Silkaans has developed critical fasteners and Rivets for Leather industries. Previously, many of the components in Leather Industry were formed by Deep Drawing process from Sheet Metal. We have replaced them with our newly developed Rivets which have Thinner Wall Thickness to ensure proper piercing of the hole in Leather, better finish on head without any tool marks for an aesthetic finish and an extra deep extruded hole for proper fitting of the Rivet. These Rivets suit Automatic Assembly Machines for higher volumes of Production. Our wide product range caters to Manufacturers of Soft Luggage and Leather Articles.
