All covers are with integral bearing housing bores.63 to 80L can be offered in cast iron.3.Flanges - D Type / C TypeAll flanges are of cast iron. All flanges are integral bearing housing bores.Special flange can be offered.4.Terminal BoxConstruction : 63 to 112 frame - Aluminium pressure die cast. 132 to 180 frame - Pressed sheet metal. 200 to 355 frame - Cast iron.Terminal box with special material can be offered on request.5.Cable Entry PositionAll T. Boxes can be rotated in a step of 90 through 360 for desired direction of cable entry.-------6.T. Box PositionPlease see dimensional table for T. Box Position--------7.Cable GlandCable Gland holes are B.S. condult threading. For sizes & no. of entries please refer to dimensional table.Cable glands of other condult threading like PG type / Metric type can be offered.8.ShaftMotor shafts are made of Carbon steel 40C8 as per IS: 1570. All shafts have threaded center hole as per DIN-332 standards. Key & keywoys on shaft are made as per IS: 2048Shaft with other material like AISI-400 series or AISI-300 can be offered. Special keys & keyways can be offered.9.Bearings63 to 225 frame motors have double shielded deep groove ball bearing (Single row). 250 to 355L frames motors have open type deep groove ball bearing on both end. (See table No. A)Angular contact ball bearing, taper roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, cyl. Roller bearings can be offered.10.Lubrication63 to 225 frame motors are with high temperature pre-greased bearings. Online greasing arrangement is provided for motors in 250 to 355L frames.Motors with greasing arrangement in 63 to 255 frame can be offered.
