For the past 13 years, DR. NANO has been exporting the products to different parts of the world. The factory covers over 10,500ft?, consisting of a composite leaf spring production line, a coil spring & shock absorber processing line and a large stock holding floors. There are thousands of parts kept in stock, including Coil Springs, Composite Leaf Springs, Torsion Bars, Shock Absorbers & 4?4 Accessories. We also have a fully equipped service department dedicated to removing and replacing all types of suspension componentry on passenger cars, 4?4 vehicles and pickup trucks.
WHERE WE CAME From. Kiran M. Pawar in 1980s completed B.E. Civil from Mumbai & co-founded Arc Industries with elder brother Mr. Deepak M. Pawar to manufacture Composite Leaf Springs at Ichalkaranji town in the state of Maharashtra under the guidance of Late Shri. Ashok R. Pawar (Pune).
Dr.Pawar holds a degree of doctorate in Nanotechnology, which is relevant to Composite Leaf Springs. His technical knowledge & design inputs are one of the reasons for the success of Composite Leaf Springs against conventional metal leaf springs over the years.
In 2008, Dr.Pawar parted ways with brother to establish DR. NANO. Dr. Pawar's keen eye for quality, attention to detail & his passion towards innovations soon saw in developments of C-Springs & Nano-Coated Coil Springs, both patented. An innovator and a man ahead of his time, over a time, built a big factory for the manufacturing of Composite Leaf Springs & other suspension components.
In 2016, Dr. Pawar son Manish, a B.E. Polymer from Pune, joined the growing family business & immediately showed the same passion in manufacturing and also in introducing new products for the growing Indian market. With fresh eyes and more hands, DR. NANO began to supply many new world-class products across the world.
