Royal DHD CUT 125 oils is blended from low viscosity grades of oils and contains polar, mild and active additives. These special formulated additives take care of stress developed at various stage of cutting edge. At highly stressed friction points where high local temperatures are obtained, thermal decomposition of the additive occur.Reaction at the sliding metal surface occurs, giving metallic derivatives which act as solid lubricant film.
APPLICATION
Royal DHD CUT 125 oils is recommended for any type of deep drilling operation. This product is suitable for cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel & stainless steel but not suitable for copper & aluminum alloys.
