Product Description:

Emulgol ES-12 is an emulsifying metalworking oil. Emulgol ES-12 includes: highly refined mineral oil and a functional package containing, among other things, anionic emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor. Designed for metal treatment – used to make water emulsions applied as lubricating and cooling liquids for machining steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals and their alloys. The recommended concentration of an emulsion, depending on a type of treatment and treated material, is between 5% and 15%. To prepare emulsions, it is recommended to use water of hardness up to 150N.
