C)Types of Process done in our workshop- Turning/Machining, Hobbing/Teeth cutting, Keyway cutting, Drilling &Tapping, Bore Grinding etc...
C)Material – forging ( EN 9, EN 19 , EN 24, ), Alloy steel grade,S.S , P.B , and Cast steel – IS 2708, IS2704, IS2644.
D) All type of Hardening – ( Flame Hardening, Induction Hardening, Volume/through Hardening , case Carburizing & hardening, Nitriding, stress Relieving & Shrink Fitting– services available with us from our well know customers since last 30 years)
E) Finish – Hobbing Finish.
We manufacture all types of Industrial gears and pinion in standard and non standard grade and Module.
