Our range includes Front Wheel Hubs, Stub Axles, Centre Pins and Brake Drums for all makes sub tractors that are running in the Indian markets. Besides, we are also manufacturing these products for Indian exports & international buyers as per their requirements.
With our constant performance and quality output we have been able to develop a large client base in India & are now targeting overseas markets. Our endeavor has directed us to provide quality range to our valued clients. All the products manufactured by us undergo rigorous quality checking to ascertain long term functionality. Infrastructure
Being into the process of manufacturing, we are supported by the state-of-the-art infrastructural support available with us. We have a high tech production unit available at our place. In our production unit, we have in house casting & machining facilities.
Casting Unit:
We have a production capacity of 120 T/month, we have intensive mixture for green sand mixing pneumatic molding machines & core shooters for making cores, besides testing facilities of raw material & finished products.
Effluent treatment plant is installed so that our system remains environment friendly.
Machine Shop:
The machines shop includes CNC turning centers (One CNC milling center is scheduled to be delivered in February) besides precision lathes grinders vertical & horizontal milling machines etc. necessary for mass production of our product range.
